Dr Eer graduated from the University of Melbourne. She went on to complete her basic physician training at Austin and Northern Health. She then undertook dual specialist training in endocrinology and general medicine at Austin Health, Goulburn Valley Health and the Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Dr Eer is additionally completing a Ph.D with the Department of Medicine at Austin Health and The University of Melbourne, researching how to improve diabetes care in Indigenous Australians. She is the recipient of the Sheppard M Lowe Scholarship for her Ph. D studies.

Dr Eer welcomes referrals in all areas of endocrinology, diabetes and general medicine.
