Our waiting room has up to date magazines and a TV.
We are committed to the environment utilising solar power and Dyson Airblade™ hand washer & dryer unit in the wheelchair access washroom.
A nappy change table is located in the wheelchair access washroom.
Appointments
Structure
Appointments are usually 30-45 minutes for a new consultation or 15 minutes for a review consultation.

To ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please bring the following:
Updated referral letters from GP or Specialist.
Medicare, DVA and any healthcare or pension cards (New patients).
Medications - lists, webster packs or the actual boxes of medications.
Any relevant copies of pathology, imaging scans or previous specialist letters.
If you are an international student/ traveller, you do not require points 1&2. However please ensure to bring your health/ travel insurance provider details. We will provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider.
Bookings
Bookings can be made by calling or submitting an online booking request.
Text messages are sent immediately to your mobile at the time an appointment is made. To confirm, simply press YES. A reminder text message is sent two days prior to the appointment. If there is no mobile number, we will always call to confirm.
Cancellations or rescheduling
Any changes to a confirmed appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice. We will ensure all our patients are able to rebook their appointments easily.
If however, any rescheduling or cancellation is made within a 24 hour period, a cancellation fee will apply.
fees
We are a private billing clinic. Our fees charged are one of the lowest for specialist health services. Please note each healthcare provider will have different fees set. Therefore, please call to find out about our competitive rates.
We offer concessions to pension card and health care card holders.
There is no out of pocket expense for DVA card holders.
Payments
Payments are to be made in full on the day of the appointment.
We accept EFTPOS and credit card payments. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
We do not accept cash.
Patients should receive their medicare rebate directly into their nominated bank accounts* within 48 hours.
*Please ensure your bank details are registered and up to date with Medicare for this to occur.
